Midland Counties Labrador Retriever Club are keen to help anyone aspiring to judge in the show or field trial world. We have days where you can learn to be a  show judge / breeder / field /working / judge or for any aspect of the sports we enjoy with this lovely  breed. 

 We hold  regular Tutorial days- these are given by well established Championship Show Judges and the breed standard is explained in detail over the differing parts of the dog, with dogs available for handling and demonstration.  We also support the new kennel club judges programme for new judges -- the Kennel Club levels of eligibility list is below where you can see what is needed to progress through to become a judge and at what level.

We will assist anyone wanting to learn and will have new dates for the Breed Appreciation Days  to be posted in due course for 2024  Please apply to our Secretary Mrs J Lewis if more information is required
